Your gonna love this lens, but be prepared for the learning curve! It takes a lot of practice to nail that narrow depth of field.

so adorable. I to love the shirt. My only CC is that I would try to raise the aperture just a tad. It is hard to get good focus that low. Though I did the same thing when I got that lens because I wanted DOF!!!

Love his shirt in #2. My only cc is that his head seems blurry (which I think you wanted?) but not blurry enough...like to an untrained eye, they wouldn't see that you were trying to highlight the saying. I checked your settings and you can't go any wider! :) Maybe take from a higher/lower angle so that his head isn't on the same plane as the shirt like it is now? Otherwise, I must say, FUN shots!
